Job Description: Senior HR Executive
Role Overview:
As a Senior HR Executive, you will play a pivotal role in managing various human resource functions within our organization. Your responsibilities will include overseeing recruitment processes, employee relations, performance management, training and development initiatives, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies. You will collaborate closely with department heads and senior management to drive HR strategies that align with organizational objectives and promote a positive work culture.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead and oversee the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and managing the selection process.
2. Develop and implement effective strategies for employee retention and engagement.
3. Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
4. Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling.
5. Coordinate performance management activities, including goal setting, performance appraisals, and feedback sessions.
6. Plan and execute training and development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
7. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, including maintaining accurate employee records and documentation.
8. Analyze HR metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven recommendations.
9. Participate in strategic HR initiatives and projects as assigned by senior management.
10. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve HR processes and policies.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
– Proven experience in HR roles with increasing levels of responsibility, preferably in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
– Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
– Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
– Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
– Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite.
